Fish - Discus Fish
Discus belong to the genus Symphysodon, which currently includes three species: : The common discus (Symphysodon aequifasciatus), the Heckel discus (Symphysodon discus), and a new species which has been named Symphysodon tarzoo [1]. However, a further investigation published in August 2007 [2] suggested that the genus held the three species: S. aequifasciatus (the green discus), S. haraldi (the blue/brown/common discus) and S. discus (the Heckel discus). Both studies suggest three species; the only disagreement is in the scientific names for each.
Fish - Flower Horn Fish
The Flowerhorn fish is also known with the Chinese common name Hua Luo Han; this fish does not exist in nature but it is a hybrid result of various cross-breeding of South America cichlids, in fact it can be listed under the Cichlasoma genus, even if the starting breeders are unknown, the most of people think about Cichlasoma Trimaculatus, C. Festae, Red Parrot cichlid, Jingang and other fish.
Dogs - Golden Retriever
The Golden Retriever is a breed of dog, historically developed as a gundog to retrieve shot waterfowl and upland game during hunting.[1] As such they were bred to have a soft mouth to retrieve game undamaged and an instinctive love of water.[2] Their intelligence and versatility sees them employed in a variety of roles including illegal drug detection, search and rescue, as hunting dogs and as guide dogs.[3] Its friendly, eager-to-please and patient demeanor has made it one of the most popular family dogs (by registration) in the world. Running for Health...
Running makes you healthy, but can it also make you happy?
According to Avanti Kumar, author of the recently published The Science of Happiness, it can!“In these times of increasing turmoil, it’s crucial to make moments for both internal and external aerobics. The opportunity to do good things on both an inner and outer level needs to be grasped. While you run, your big dreams will come back to you.“Try to use your run as a session to meditate and you will find that while running, plans will form, even while the blood races around your body. When you’ve finished your run, put these plans into action,” says Kumar. The effect of happiness that running has on your body comes from endorphins, which are powerful hormone-like substances produced in the brain that function as the body’s own natural painkillers. During exercise, there is a release of endorphins in the body that are capable of producing feelings of euphoria and a general state of well-being. The feelings produced can be so powerful that they can actually mask pain.Proving the point, Newton Yap from Runners Malaysia says: “Running is intoxicating in a good way unlike alcohol or cigarette addiction. When the endorphins course through my veins, I get ‘high’ but without the hangover. Running calms and cleanses what even the best drug or sedative and soaps cannot get at – the mind, heart and soul. Satisfaction guaranteed almost every time I do it.
“Running keeps me sane in this insane world. Running makes me want to be a better person. Running is living.”

Rice will be Cooked one day...
Putting water into the rice pot, wash it repeatedly until it is clean, weighing required water level, dry the pot, put it back, press the "Cook" button, then close it up, and wait for it to be cooked...in 10 minutes...
That's exactly what is happening in the market today...
We still need to eat rice everyday...we still need new projects now and then...
Before we can eat, we need preparation and the correct procedure to cook...
Before we can commerce on new project, we need preparation...sourcing, specification, budget estimation, tender, award, and wait for the project to run...
The rice is still wet, still uncooked, we may need to wait for 10 minutes later, to let it dry and cooked...
The unknowed project is still in early stage, still uncertain, we may need to wait for the next 10 months, to let it certain, going through all the procedures and it is ready for ground work...
Live goes on....project coming up...
